Our company’s enterprise data and analytics function, “CDNA,” is responsible for solving enterprise-wide data and analytics problems in a customer-centric, product-driven manner. CDNA is an enterprise accelerator for enterprise-wide data and analytics organizations with scope from data discovery and identification to data acquisition and integration, advanced analytics, consumption and insights, and cognitive capabilities. This position will be part of CDNA’s “Advanced Analytics” function and will provide strategic and technical leadership in delivering various product capabilities.
The Opportunity

As the Technical Product Manager, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the timely delivery of the AI/MLOps product roadmap. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including business partners, and you will identify requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Working closely with architects and engineers, you will design, develop, and deliver innovative product capabilities. You will also ensure that the necessary support is provided for existing and new product features.

What you'll do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders, to define and refine the technical requirements for our products.
- Work closely with Product Managers to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications and ensure alignment between business and technical needs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to estimate release timelines, ensure timely delivery of product updates, and plan/execute product development with optimal implementation.
- Define and prioritize features and enhancements based on technical feasibility, scalability, performance, and user experience.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate algorithms, models, and data pipelines into our platforms, ensuring the smooth functioning of analytics capabilities.
- Coordinate with the enablement team to ensure proper operational coverage of the products in alignment with adoption strategies.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance measures to ensure the reliability, robustness, and accuracy of our platforms.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC guidelines for each product release, ensuring efficient and effective development and deployment practices.
- Conduct solution reviews and guide engineering teams in building optimal and reusable solutions.
- Identify and harness collaborative opportunities with technical leads across different products to facilitate knowledge exchange.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks in data science, machine learning, and analytics, conducting proofs-of-concept to assess their potential value and capabilities in our products.
What you need to succeed
- Strong technical expertise and knowledge of a wide range of modern data and analytics technologies within the AWS ecosystem as well as on-premises
- Extensive experience developing systems in cloud environments.
- Expert understanding of data science and analytics principles, modeling concepts, and industrialization methods.
- Expert knowledge of the AWS cloud ecosystem, including storage, database, streaming, messaging, AI/ML, cognitive, and scalability services like EKS.
- Understanding of self-serve product-centric data analytics principles.
- Expert-level knowledge of Databricks, Dataiku, Posit, SageMaker, and similar is needed.
- Hands-on experience with MLOPs and DevOps technologies such as GitHub, Git CI/CD, and Jenkins, as well as automation of model deployments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; adept at working with colleagues from diverse disciplines and at all levels of the company, articulating complex technical topics at the right level of detail for specific audiences.
- Proven ability to execute consistently, rapidly, and effectively.
- Organizational skills, with the ability to navigate a matrix environment and efficiently prioritize work.
- Strong product and customer centricity with a laser focus on business value proposition and business value realization is a must.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
