The Opportunity

 

We are looking for a Demand Planning Graduate to join our Global Supply Chain Department.

 

We have an entry-level position in our Demand Planning department and are looking to incorporate young talent. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, develop dashboards, and provide actionable insights through compelling storytelling.

This position is ideal for a highly analytical individual with a passion for data and a results-oriented mindset. We are looking for someone who embodies our values, is not afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace.

This Graduate position will have a duration of 1 year, with the possibility of joining the company as an employee at the end of the program!
 

What you'll get to do

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

•    Collect, clean, and analyze data to support demand, supply, and inventory planning activities
•    Develop, implement, and maintain processes using Excel, Power Query, and Power BI
•    Prepare and communicate results on various planning KPIs such as forecast quality and forecast stability
•    Interpret data trends and patterns to provide actionable insights for the planning team
•    Identify incidents using our tools and escalate them to the relevant team or individual

Required Knowledge and Qualifications:

 

•    University Degree or Master’s in Engineering, ADE, or similar
•    Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query
•    Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., SAC, Power BI)
 

Required Skills:

 

•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
•    Good logical reasoning and the ability to interact effectively with teams
•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex data insights in an understandable manner
•    Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
•    Curiosity and a fast-learning attitude, eager to gain real experience in an international environment

 

Desirable Skills and Experience:

 

•    Experience with data querying languages (SQL)
•    Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems

 

Languages:

 

•    Spanish and English: Fluent level is a must; French will be valued
