Senior Clinical Data Scientist (Fully homebased/remote)

Responsibilities

Study set up:

Support in study set up: mapping, study configuration for standardized CM dashboards (programming); Site quality risk assessment (SQRA) set up for study, Collaboration & communication with AD/Snr Specialist RBQM, collaboration with IT team

Maintenance

Access management, periodic TMF QC, potential programming revisions to CM standard dashboards set up for study to align with evolving requirements, uploading Bring Your Own Data (BYOD) files and ensure seamless integration with the monitoring systems, collaboration with IT team; Collaboration & communication with AD/Snr Specialist RBQM; ensuring operational availability of analyses and reporting any spotted errors per given instructions.
SQRA – adjusting SDV level to site risk scores.

Close out:

Ensure archival is completed as per process, CM tools are decommissioned, accesses revoked. 
Collaboration & communication with AD/Snr Specialist RBQM

Experience

Prior experience working in a Pharma/CRO
Proficiency in R Language is a MUST

Strong background/understanding about Clinical Data

Software programming from scratch needed:

Programming in R 
Experience in JIRA
design, create and implement software
