Job Description

As a Data Engineer you will

• Design, implement and maintain large-scale data pipelines using Python, Databricks
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions that meet our data processing and analysis needs
• Ensure performance, reliability, security and maintainability of data pipelines
• Develop monitoring and alerting mechanisms to proactively identify and resolve issues
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve data engineering processes and practices

Core/Must have skills

• Minimum 10+ years for experience in Information Technology
• Very good understanding of Databricks Platform on AWS Cloud
• Strong proficiency in Python and Databricks(AWS) in production environment
• Strong understanding of Data Architecture and modelling concepts
• Highly knowledgeable about data warehousing principles and practices
• Excellent knowledge on Unity Catalog and Data Governance in Databricks
• Experience creating data pipelines using Databricks.
• Experience in building CI/CD pipelines and integration of AWS with Github
• Experience in configuring automated jobs for data process in Databricks
• Ability to learn new technologies based on the project needs

Good to have skills

• Certification on Databricks
• Knowledge of Informatica MDM and Master Data Management
• Data migration from on-prim to AWS Databricks
