Assistant Manager- GCP Gen AI Engineer

We are seeking a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Gen AI Engineer with expertise to Strong programming skills in languages such as Python. Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Experience in OpenAI, LLaMA, Claude, Palm, Falcon large language models 

The GCP AI engineer’s responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement GCP-based client solutions for global consulting. We are looking for a candidate with business technology and AI expertise who is passionate about building technology solutions to drive revenue, improve efficiency and reduce risk for both KPMG and its clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GCP services, as well as experience in software development and systems engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Work with senior SMPs across member firms to gather requirements / understand business purpose of solutions
• Design and develop GCP-based solutions for global member firms (to provide to clients), with an initial focus on Trusted solutions
• Use scripting and automation tools like Python, Bash, Google Cloud SDK, and Terraform to automate the deployment and configuration of cloud infrastructure.
• Utilize a variety of Google Cloud Platform services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Functions, and App Engine to develop the cloud solution.
• Develop and implement GCP-based prototypes
• Test and validate GCP-based solutions
• Document GCP-based solutions
• Explore and implement innovative AI technologies and tools like Prompt flow to enhance user interaction and experience.
• Ensure the integration of security practices throughout the AI lifecycle, adopting a DevSecOps mindset to safeguard applications and data
• Analyse and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of various deployed systems, leveraging your expertise in containers and cloud-native technologies.
• Provide technical support to / respond to queries from global member firms on solutions.

• 5+ years of experience in software development and systems engineering
• 4+ years of experience with GCP cloud services
• Experience with GCP DevOps
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Experience in building AI solutions (with preference for Generative AI solutions specifically)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field desirable.
• Experience in OpenAI, LlaMA 2 & 3, Claude, Palm, Falcon large language models
• Demonstrated experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit, Generative AI) and a solid understanding of ML algorithms. With the ability to integrate AI functionalities to application.
• Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform / IBM Cloud) and their specific AI services (Vertex AI, Azure AI, Google Studio).
• Demonstrated experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit, Generative AI) and a solid understanding of ML algorithms. With the ability to integrate AI functionalities to application.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala and familiarity with AI development tools like Azure Studio and Google Studio.
• Extensive experience with Docker, Kubernetes, IaC  Terraform, and other tools for containerization and orchestration.
• Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect
• Google Cloud Certified Professional Data Engineer
• Google Cloud Certified Professional Machine Learning Engineer.
