Senior Manager - Digital Data Strategy

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Establish & enforce definitive data ownership and stewardship rules to secure access rights, ensuring stringent accountability and data integrity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a unified data governance framework that enables data-driven decisions for everyone's benefit
Lead the organization with strategic training in data management, ensuring industry-leading processes and continuous innovation
Facilitate seamless execution of data workflows, collaborating with technical teams to enhance system processes & maintain high data standards
Rigorously enforce SLA adherence, ensuring data quality, monitoring inputs, and holding teams accountable for service excellence
Lead a team of analysts/system specialists to ensure data quality across systems & execute cross functional data transformation projects
 

Experience

7-8 years of core engineering/ manufacturing/ supply chain management experience in the automotive industry or allied manufacturing sectors, with experience of handling part/component level data
 

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in Automotive, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
Certifications/Diploma in the data operations (SAP MM/PP/WM) with focus on manufacturing, procurement & logistics are beneficial

Steer the implementation of key cross functional data management projects, reinforcing data integrity and centralization to enhance company-wide access and utility. Methodically enhance service processes to uphold and elevate SLAs, ensuring consistent standardization and superior data quality throughout the organization. Advocate for and attain master data accuracy, ensuring timely updates are synonymous with enterprise needs

Demonstrated expertise in spearheading cross-functional projects, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse organizational domains, enhancing data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency in the automotive sector
