We’re searching for a top-notch Senior Data Engineer to join our growing team. You will report to the Lead Data Engineer and will convert raw data into usable information for analytics and business decision-making across business functions,   including   Technology, Product, CRM, Loyalty, Venue and Digital Marketing. You will be involved in all aspects of the delivery, including design, implementation, testing, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a Data Engineer with demonstrable experience in projects and solutions you’ve delivered
  • Extensive experience with SQL for complex data manipulation, transformation, and analysis
  • Proficiency шт working with dbt core or dbt Cloud
  • Skills in Snowflake
  • Proficient in Python for scripting and custom data ingestion
  • Familiarity   with   data modeling,   ELT   development,   and   data   warehousing techniques
  • Competency in Git and GitHub Pull Requests
  • Background in supporting QA and User Acceptance Testing processes
  • Verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
  • Strong documentation skills to ensure clarity and consistency in processes and practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision
  • Analytical   and   curious   mindset   with   a   strong   desire   to   solve   complex   data problems
  • Highly adaptable, with the ability to thrive in an evolving project landscape and rapidly changing priorities
  • Strong ethical standards and integrity, with a commitment to producing high-quality and transparent work

Nice to Have

  • Working knowledge of GitHub Actions, Fivetran, Terraform
  • Competency in AWS cloud services, particularly (e.g., AWS Lambda, S3 and ECS)
  • Skills in Power BI
  • Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain highly scalable data management systems   and   solutions,   ensuring   proper   compliance   with the client’s   architectural standards
  • Design and build stable, reliable, and effective data processing pipelines across the Data Lake and Data Warehouse in Snowflake
  • Collaborate  with  Enterprise  Data Architects and  Business  Analysts  to  integrate systems and automate data collection processes
  • Develop   and   update   technical   documentation,   ensuring   it   is   clear   and understandable by the wider Data Team
  • Implement processes and systems to monitor data quality, ensuring production data is always accurate and available for key stakeholders
  • Recommend ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality
  • Committing to creating and upholding a positive, inclusive culture that nurtures potential and supports well-being
  • Playing   your   part   in   reducing   our   environmental   impact   and   finding   more sustainable ways of working
  • Encouraging   the   next   generation   in   live   entertainment   by   contributing   to   our outreach and training programs, including mentoring students and trainees, and supporting our Creative Learning and Community Partnerships work
