�� Your Missions:
As part of the HR Data and Engagement department, reporting to the HRIS Project Manager, the main role of the HR Data Analyst apprentice will be to participate in HR Data Group projects, and in particular to :
- Participating in the organisation of meetings and workshops relating to the project (preparing support, drafting minutes, etc.)
- Supporting the project team in creating dashboards in collaboration with the Group's countries (using a BI tool): setting up indicators, making adjustments, checking perimeters.
- Maintaining data-related documentation (data mapping; definition) in collaboration with the Group's countries.
- Leading an HR Data community: ensuring data quality and compliance with governance rules by countries.
- Providing support for the department's reporting activities
- Participate in cross-functional HR Data projects
- If possible, make proposals for improvements to our HR Data (predictive data, AI use cases).
