What will I be doing?

• Driving operational decisions and influencing senior management by using state-of-the-art tools to interrogate Big Data
• Getting hands-on project management exposure, with the opportunity to propose your own projects as well as getting involved with existing programs
• Delivering continuous improvement of tools and algorithms, making a tangible contribution to the business
• Creating excellent interpersonal relationships with our internal stakeholders, who will rely on you to provide accurate data and KPI reporting

What would we like to see?

• Previous experience in an Analyst role, particularly with Big Data experience
• Exceptional quantitative & qualitative problem solving skills
• Strong command of analytical SQL and/or Excel, VBA, or similar to these (e.g. Python, R or other programming experience)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, 
• Brilliant problem solving skills! We are growing rapidly so you can rest assured there will always be new challenges for you to take on
• Enthusiasm for the role, and a willingness to share knowledge and best practices across the wider team

What hours will I be working?

You will be working 40 hours per week, with two days a week in the office and three days from home. You will need to have a flexible approach to support a 24/7 business operation, which may include occasional weekend working and out of hours office support.
