Fixico is a dynamic and rapidly growing tech company well-funded by top-tier investors. With a strong foothold in Europe, we are pioneering innovation in the automotive industry by connecting customers, such as rental and fleet companies, with a vast network of highly skilled body repair shops. We are looking for a dynamic and analytical individual to join our Leadership Team as the Head of Data & Analytics.

What will you be doing?

As the Head of Data & Analytics you will be the face of Data within Fixico and ensure that Fixico and its customers are empowered to engage in high-value, data-driven decision-making.


Your responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and growing a team of analysts and engineers (currently 3 FTE)

  • Developing a long-term vision and strategy for data operations, and translating it into short-term objectives and a roadmap for execution

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for maximising data utilisation

  • Building the data science domain and driving the implementation thereof across the Fixico platform

  • Owning the business intelligence domain to drive performance tracking, facilitate data driven decision-making and enabling product experimentations

  • Shaping a Data team that consistently delivers value to the company’s stakeholders

Requirements

What we are looking for

  • At least 7+ years of experience in Data and Analytics

  • Minimum 2+ years in a leadership function with a track record of building an effective team

  • Hands-on experience in multiple aspects in the data domain (Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering)

  • Experience with SQL, Machine Learning and A.I.

  • You are hands-on with a strong business sense and an entrepreneurial spirit

  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
