Introduction to role:

Are you ready to challenge the status quo and reimagine our processes? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced PowerBI Analyst with strong business acumen to join our newly formed Field Reporting Service Team. This team supports the US BBU (Biopharmaceuticals Business Unit) Strategic Field Operations (SFO) department and AZ's US BBU Field Force for their Reporting & Analytics needs.

Accountabilities:

As an Associate PowerBI Analyst, you will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of PowerBI solutions to meet the needs of our business partners. You will interpret evolving SFO needs, gather requirements, translate them into technical terms, and collaborate with the Field Reporting Service Team to develop and oversee technology solutions addressing business challenges. Your insights will drive decision making, streamline sales operations, and elevate overall business performance for various AZ brands. Are you ready to create a relevant impact at AZ?

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business, or related field
• Demonstrated ability in PowerBI development and data analysis using SQL.
• Strong proficiency in PowerBI Desktop, DAX, Power Query, and PowerBI Service.
• Experience with data visualization standard methodologies and dashboard design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good social skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Prior experience or understanding of Pharma marketing analytics.
• Certifications in PowerBI or related technologies.
• Strong communication skills with proven track record to work collaboratively with a substantial number of business team members and crossfunctional business partners
• Effective communication and influencing skills with proven track record to develop and successfully present succinct, compelling reviews of independently developed analyses infused with insight and business implications/actions to be considered
• Strategic and critical thinking with the ability to engage, build and maintain credibility with Commercial Leadership Team
• Knowledge of AZ brand and science is helpful
