The Senior Data Analyst will support internal service bureau business processes and operations activities to ensure on-time and high-quality deliverables. Senior Data Analyst combines best-in-class operational and analytic skills with strong problem-solving and communication abilities to projects, solving operational, analytical, and strategic business problems. Analyst will collaborate with and work closely with Service Bureau lead to delivery service line specific reports and insights to support commercialization efforts from RFP Responses, Proposal Development, to Active client management.

Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:

  • Develop standard medical and pharmacy claims based reporting and insights solutions to support service line commercializing needs under the direction of the service bureau lead
  • Ability to understand and clearly communicate service line business questions, operating business rules, data, and standard operating procedures
  • Strong leadership, ability to collaborate while ensuring process improvements and ability to executive high quality requests with service bureau lead
  • Oversee implementation of processes, data, tools & technology to effectively translate business to technology & vice versa
  • Assist in developing thought leadership and subject matter expertise collateral for PVH commercialization activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics/Communication, Electrical Engineering or related fields OR Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
  • 3+ years of experience working with SQL/Python for data/business analytics, data transformation, generating insights and data exploration is required.
  • Experience working with datasets used for analytics in US Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Managed Markets Consulting or Analytics Consulting with broad based experience in, managed care, and/or analytics is desired.
  • 2 year, minimum, working in collaboration with a team on project execution
  • Experience having worked in a global capacity
  • Experience in developing a strategy for execution on analytic results
  • Experience leading the delivery of analytic results to the client (internal or external)

Preferred:

  • Product development/ management/operations experience preferred
  • US Healthcare Expertise
