Acquired byNielsen.We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented, hands-on, and highly motivated individual to join our ML Data Team. The successful Data Operations Analyst will ensure data and insights are actionable to drive decisions across the business and communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.

What will you be responsible for?

• Managing the operation of the product from end to end
• Know all the ins and outs of the vBrand products and the Data operations
• Use the company’s BI systems to analyze and draw conclusions
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and work closely with our technical teams to ensure issues are communicated and resolved in a timely manner
• Responsible for AI training models to achieve product KPIs including running tests, analyzing models results, and making data-driven decisions
• Communicate key insights and findings to Product and global operations teams
• Develop strong relationships and work in cooperation with cross-functional teams within the company to create comprehensive conclusions and recommendations

What do you need to have?

• 2+ years experience as an Operations Data Analyst or similar roles
• SQL knowledge
• BA/BSc. in Industrial Eng./Economics or other quantitative fields
• Client-focused and detail-oriented mindset 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
• Ability to multitask and handle various priorities in a high paced environment
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
