We're seeking a dynamic Data Analytics Manager to lead a talented team of data analysts. You'll be at the forefront of utilizing cutting-edge tools such as Salesforce for reporting and dashboards, Azure Data Factory for managing connections to our SQL data warehouse, and Power BI for data visualization. Key Responsibilities:
•     Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
•     Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of data analytics projects, ensuring they align with business objectives.
•     Utilize Salesforce for reporting and dashboards to provide insights into business operations and performance.
•     Manage data pipelines using Azure Data Factory to connect various data sources to our SQL data warehouse.
•     Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
•     Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data through effective data governance and quality control processes.
•     Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data requirements and deliver insights that drive business strategies.
•     Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and integrate best practices into the team's processes.
•     Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications:
•     Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
•     5+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
•     Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
•     Experience with Azure Data Factory for managing data pipelines and connections to SQL data warehouses.
•     Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization.
•     Strong understanding of SQL and data modeling techniques.
•     Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
•     Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
•     Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring a team.
•     Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
