Data Analyst (GovCon Experience)-Hybrid

Overview: 
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with government contracting experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Business Intelligence (BI) and data warehouse projects, be proficient in SQL, and possess strong capabilities in data reporting, requirements gathering, and creating user stories. This role involves working closely with external clients to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights. This position is 2-3 days remote per week.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Develop, implement, and maintain data analytics solutions and reports.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to stakeholders.
• Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing:
• Participate in BI and data warehouse projects, including the design, development, and maintenance of data models.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in data warehousing processes.
• SQL and Data Management:
• Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
• Optimize database performance and troubleshoot data-related issues.
• Requirements Gathering and User Stories:
• Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Create detailed user stories and functional specifications to guide development efforts.
• Client Collaboration:
• Engage with external clients to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and timely delivery of data insights.
