The Practice-A Brief Sketch

The Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song (S&C GN Song) practice works with clients across their marketing, sales and services and customer engagement functions. Our services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales, and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, enhancing revenue, improving customer satisfaction, and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.

Generative AI Consultant is an intermediate-level position within the Marketing Transformation offering of S&C GN Song. The Gen AI consultant will work closely with our clients to help design, build and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance. As part of these, the consultant will be expected to drive the following:

• Support client engagements by applying generative AI methodologies and driving data-driven decision-making
• Work closely with project manager to help ideate, formulate and finalize the best suited generative AI use cases and solutions to address the client requirement
• Design and help strategize tailored generative AI solutions, considering specific use cases, data availability, and business objectives
• Collaborate and bring in structured approach with development and client teams to build and customize generative AI models.
• Demonstrate a sound functional expertise of gen AI along with broad understanding of foundation model & LLMs
• Demonstrate robust problem-solving abilities by thinking strategically and creatively to identify and tackle challenges and capitalize on opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, including managing timelines, resources and client expectations
• Communicate effectively with internal Accenture leaders, SMEs and teams to ensure a cohesive and client-centric approach.
• Stay on top of the latest gen AI developments and leverage the same in client conversations and engagements
• Create business cases, solution deals and develop proposals to bring the best of Accenture’s capabilities to clients.

Skills to excel at this role:

• Deep marketing functional and sound understanding of applications of generative AI
• Extensive experience working within a consulting firm providing strategic advice and solutions to organizations.
• Possess strong communication, presentation and analytical skills, enabling effective client engagement and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset to drive results-oriented decisions. 
• Strong understanding of marketing processes & operating models, with broader knowledge of brand, content management, ad-tech, martech, media and marketing operations.
• Experience of working in a collaborative and team-oriented setup, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and client engagements
• Comfortable working on large sets of data
• Be adept at storytelling to help build powerpoint narratives for client discussions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Your experience counts!

• MBA from a tier 1 institute with specialization in marketing
  • Additional courses in data science/ML/AI is a bonus
• 4 to 8 years of work experience
  • Min 2 years of experience in marketing
  • Experience with data science/ AI/ machine learning is an added advantage
