Contexte et environnement de travail

Au sein de la direction performance Business et Logistique Après-Vente, vous serez rattachée/rattaché au chef de pôle performance commerciale et business intelligence sur le site du Plessis-Robinson.

Vos missions

A ce titre, vous serez en charge de : 

• Contribuer à la profitabilité Après-vente de Renault Group

• Analyser l'activité après-vente  

• Analyser l’efficacité des actions commerciales 

• Aider l'équipe marketing Pièces France & à notre réseau de concessionnaire à mieux connaitre les comportements d’achats des clients

• Participer à l'évolution des outils de mesure de la performance

Qui êtes-vous ? 

Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau BAC+5 de type master universitaire ou école de commerce avec une spécialisation en Data ou marketing et vous recherchez un contrat d’apprentissage de 12 mois. 

Vous maîtrisez le pack office et avez un bon niveau en anglais.

Vous êtes reconnue/reconnu pour votre aisance à communiquer, votre organisation, votre autonomie.
