Job Description
We are currently looking for a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer with a specialization in natural language processing (NLP) to advance our ML capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, Design, develop and select especially related to Natural  Language tailored to improve and automate Flash.co’s unique business challenges.

• Selecting, Cleaning, Transforming datasets needed to train model

• Perform Statistical Analysis and use results to improve models

• Train and Fine-tune models periodically to prevent model drift

• Help Application team to design and build visualization tool for business to get deeper data insights

• Monitoring and Creating Alerts for any anomaly behavior of models

• Work closely with product managers and business, to understand business problems and create impactful AI-driven solutions.

• Lead the monitoring, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of deployed models, ensuring they deliver optimal performance.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in deploying and managing machine learning models in a production setting.

• Proficient in Python and familiar with major machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and practices, aimed at maintaining high standards of model performance and reliability, is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
