Responsibilities:Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to extract meaningful insights and trends. Identify patterns, correlations, and outliers in data to support strategic decision-making. Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization methods to present findings in a clear and understandable format.Report Development: Design and develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView. Customize reports to meet business requirements and user needs. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting deliverables.Data Modeling: Design and implement data models, data cubes, and data warehouses to support BI and analytics initiatives. Define data structures, dimensions, and measures to facilitate data analysis and reporting. Optimize data models for performance, scalability, and ease of use.Dashboard Design: Create interactive and intuitive dashboards for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), business metrics, and operational performance. Customize dashboards with drill-down capabilities, filters, and dynamic visualizations to enable self-service analytics for users.Data Integration: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from disparate sources into a centralized data repository. Develop and maintain ETL pipelines, data pipelines, and data integration workflows. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality throughout the data lifecycle.Business Insights: Translate data findings into actionable insights, recommendations, and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define metrics, and prioritize analytics projects. Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and decision-makers.Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of BI solutions, reports, and dashboards. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation in BI and analytics processes. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in BI and data analytics.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related roles.Proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis.Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.Certification in relevant BI tools or technologies is a plus (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Specialist).
