About the Role

• Evaluate, drive and operationalize Pagaya’s financial efforts through all of its financial instruments and investment channels.
• Prepare on demand data analysis and reports for Pagaya’s various teams by means of python/SQL/other data analysis instruments, processing big data sets.
• Full responsibility for new partners integration process, including requirement definition, data processing and verification.
• Analyze Pagaya’s financial performance and collect key insights that will be performed on the company’s strategy.
• Perform financial valuation analysis on Pagaya’s assets and instruments, and communicate insights to partners and senior management across the company.
• Gain a wide knowledge of Pagaya’s operational, business, and technological activities in order to add value to the company’s investment game plan and operational strategy.
• Help create structured processes that will enable the company’s financial game plan.

Requirements

• B.A/M.A/MBA graduate (economics, business, finance, mathematics or similar) with exceptional academic track record.
• +1 year experience in investment banking, management or financial consulting, business strategy, or relevant financial/business operations roles in an international organization.
• Proven experience analyzing and delivering materials at a high level, identifying deficiencies, driving solutions and mitigations.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Advanced Excel skill set.
• Experience analyzing data using complex SQL.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, financial structuring or financial business planning of mid to large scale companies.
• Ability to work at a high pace environment and getting things done.
• Ability to independently learn new subjects and understand the impact on the day to day of an existing organization.
• Very high level of English (verbal and written), including the ability to write and present articulated documentation and processes in English.
• Ability to define and communicate complex technical issues.
• Superb communication skills – ability to communicate complex subjects to different audiences, making them engaged and driving delivery.

Advantage

• Experience in fintech, or other relevant data-driven companies.
• Experience in analyzing big data sets.
