We're seeking a highly motivated individual eager to advance their career in marketing operations, supporting our team of marketing managers. Working across various programs, you'll have the opportunity to learn from a dynamic group of marketers committed to sharing their knowledge and fostering career growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional development in marketing operations, including involvement in ad-hoc tasks.

Small Event Project Operations Management:

  • Manage incoming requests from the APAC Field Marketing Team, ensuring all project requests include necessary details and content for the field marketing operation team, meeting SLAs.

  • Collaborate with the APAC Field Marketing Team and the Field Programs Team to understand capacity and allocate resources effectively.

  • Complete allocated requests efficiently, effectively, and within agreed deadlines.

Onsite Registration Support:

  • Facilitate smooth registration procedures for onsite events, ensuring a positive experience for attendees.

  • Optimise engagement with the target audience during onsite registration processes.

Management of Event Technology Platform:

  • Coordinate requirements for the event technology platform to ensure seamless integration and functionality, delivering the best customer experience.

  • Manage data requirements pre-event and post-event, including unique links for e-tickets and personalised surveys.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting during events to ensure smooth operation.

  • Create surveys to gather attendee feedback.

Data and Email Operations Management:

  • Coordinate data operations related to event registration and attendance tracking.

  • Manage email demand generation for small events to drive registrations.

  • Manage post-event communication channels, ensuring timely and targeted follow-up with attendees.

  • Ensure customer feedback is received for each event.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SQL, specifically T-SQL or SQL Server 2008.

  • Experience in strategic event support.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in event management, preferably in a corporate environment.

  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
