Azure Data Engineer

As Azure Data Engineer you play a key role in designing, building, implementing and maintaining a robust data-infrastructure on the Azure-platform. You will connect, structure and make data available in a way that gives our organization a competitive edge and become a truly data-driven organization. You optimize data flows for better performance and scalability and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to transform organizational needs into technical solutions. You have at least 4 years of relevant work experience in a Data environment.

Requirements

What do you bring?

• Knowledge of Python (advanced, object oriented, design patterns)
• Knowledge of Databricks (Pyspark, Spark SQL)
• Knowledge of Azure Datawarehouse environment (DP-900, DP203)
• You are familiar with the application of common Data Lake and Data Warehouse patterns and methodologies
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps (Git, YAML Pipelines)
• Knowledge of the Microsoft BI stack:
  • PowerBI
  • Familiar with Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL)
  • Familiar with SSIS/SSAS
  • Experience with data migrations
• Agile SAFe
• A good knowledge of the Dutch language in word and writing.
