What we’re looking for: 

 We are at the core of 6sense engineering and the product itself. Our data scientists are not optimizing software - they are building models, manipulating big data, and working with APIs that are essential to the 6sense product. Our models inform smart email campaigns, website personalization, ad optimization, inside sales call lists, and go-to-market messaging. We influence how businesses spend millions of marketing and sales budgets. 

In this role, you will:  

• Support the Data Science team with the communication plan of our initiatives 
• Work closely with the VP of Data Science to build strong partnerships with business customers, build business artifacts to support the socialization and communication of our assets 
• Support data scientists to resolve impediments and translate complex analytics to business partners 
• Have the opportunity to advance quickly and build your career trajectory at a fast-growing 
• Contribute internal and external documentation to build the company knowledge base 

What you’ll bring to this role:  

• Relevant experience of 5+ years in business consulting, or strategic/analytical roles 
• Comfortable with working on complex business problems while flexing different roles to achieve project success 
• Basic understanding of the life cycle of a data science project, advanced analytics, and data structures 
• Develop storylines to deliver key messages through appropriate channels to the audience 
• Articulate cost-benefit analysis and value add of the assets 
• Combination of communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to listen to customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions 
• Monitor and track the progress of data science projects and keep customers updated regularly 
• Strong presentation skills 
• Fluent skills in the Microsoft suite particularly PowerPoint, Excel & Word 
• Agile experience 
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
