As a Data Analyst in the Go to Market organization, you’re passionate about translating a large volume of numbers into actionable business recommendations. Your work will help clients and Hearsay make more informed decisions; customers will better understand how to navigate their social media business projects and Hearsay can continue learning how to better serve them in this effort.
We’re looking for someone who has exceptional analytical skills, a passion for making customers successful, and a drive to get things done. Experience generating data insights that drive executive level stories and presentations is the core of this role, and your work will impact every Customer Success Manager (CSM) and their clients.

What you'll do:
- Collaborate with CSMs to understand client needs, pull relevant data and generate visuals for key customer presentations
- Work with various large reports to determine key actionable insights around data and user activity
- Help drive data-backed “stories” – data analysis will drive key customer and company-level conclusions around areas of improvement, best practices, and program effectiveness
- Determine industry-specific customer trends on social media effectiveness and end-user best practices
- Work with internal Customer Success and Support data to find key improvement metrics on process and product
- Help provide feedback to Hearsay Systems’ Product team on customer and company data needs
- Collaborate with internal Value Consultants on data projects to help drive our customers’ ROI with Hearsay
Who you are:
- 3+ years experience in a data-centric, analytical role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver multiple work streams on time with a high attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Superb Excel skills: data analysis, structured and unstructured data, charting and graphsExcellent MS Powerpoint/Google Slides skills
- Advanced knowledge of Looker or other data visualization tools
- SQL skills a strong plus – pulling data from database directly to obtain necessary data
- Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
