Azure Data Engineer

Two Circles is currently hiring an Azure Data Engineer on a contract basis. As an Azure Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting data and BI solutions on the Azure platform. You will work closely with our project team and stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions using Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, and Power BI.

Our team analyzes billions of pieces of behavioral, attitudinal, and purchase data from sports fans using advanced machine-learning and data visualization technology. Requirements

- Experience in development using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure SQL Data Warehouse.

- Experience in requirement gathering, data warehousing, and data modeling design.

- Strong experience in developing end-to-end data warehousing solutions using Azure services.

- Proficiency in SQL, stored procedures, functions, and tables within a data warehousing environment.

- Familiarity with source control tools such as GIT.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.

- Experience with Azure technologies such as Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Power BI is a plus.

- Knowledge of Python or PySpark is desirable.
