Program Manager - GenAI & ML

NorthBay is looking for a seasoned Program Manager with a track record of over 8 years in professional experience and exposure on Generative AI and Machine Learning projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set encompassing data processing, visualization, infrastructure management, and extensive experience in working with Generative AI and Machine Learning technologies.

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for understanding the intricacies of our business domain, gaining a comprehensive understanding of our customer's data, and leveraging it to drive insights and decision-making processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, development, and testing teams, to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Requirements:

• More than 8 years of professional experience
• Experience in data processing, visualization, and structuring
• Proficiency in working with AWS infrastructure
• Strong background in GenAI and Machine Learning technologies
• Technical knowledge of web applications and RESTful APIs
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for scripting and coding tasks
• Ability to write complex queries in Relational Databases
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain deep understanding of the business domain and customer's data landscape
• Generate reports from databases to facilitate predictions and support decision-making processes
• Develop scripts and queries to extract, process, and visualize data
• Assist in organizing testing activities for GenAI and Machine Learning projects
