Data ETL Specialist

Role accountabilities:

• Support the design, development, and maintenance of Oracle Business Intelligence solutions including RPD, reporting, data modeling, PL/SQL, Fusion Middleware, .
• Identify and implement optimizations to enhance the performance of the RPD, including aggregation strategies, query tuning, and cache management.
• Work closely with database administrators, ETL developers, and other stakeholders to ensure data integrity, performance, and reliability of BI Apps integrations and data models.
• Document RPD design, development processes, and best practices, and participate in governance processes to ensure adherence to Oracle standards and guidelines.
• Provide support for RPD-related issues, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and resolve data integration problems in collaboration with other teams.
• Coordinate with release manager the schedule of release activities across environments, teams, and vendors, identifying and resolving conflicts to minimize risk of business disruption.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience with cloud-based analytics platforms, at least 2 of which with Oracle Analytics Cloud services.

Demonstrated experience successfully planning and implementing Oracle RPD solutions in a global company with a multi-national, multi-vendor environment.

​Proven track record of achieving service excellence, including maintaining positive stakeholder relationships and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams with internal and external resources.
