Responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain complex reports/dashboards and standardize to generate insights and address business needs
  • Work with other analytics areas to establish standards and procedures which properly serve our user community. Identify risks and tradeoffs to facilitate the best approach.
  • Be a passionate problem solver - breaking down problems and developing analytical insights
  • Working with business partners to develop KPIs and become an expert on our internal dataset

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in business intelligence and/or data analysis
  • Passion for leveraging data to understand and solve business problems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to both technical and non-technical audiences including leadership
  • Experience with SQL and Tableau
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (Kanban and SCRUM) a plus
  • Prior experience in insurance a plus
