What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be supporting our strategic path to realizing our vision of becoming an industry leader in Fraud Management guided by the principles of focusing on our clients, innovating our businesses and simplifying both our employee and client experience. As a Operational Effectiveness, Consultant, Data Analytics and Reporting.  You will define our reporting strategy for productivity metrics/KPIs for our operations and lead the implementation of the strategy. You will support and work closely with Fraud Operation Managers to enhance our employee scorecards. You will identify and implement opportunities to streamline our reporting processes. You will work with your colleagues and with our operations teams to define metric/KPI reporting requirements. In addition, you will work collaboratively with Fraud Strategy, Fraud Operations, and Fraud Delivery to achieve common goals and actively promote co-operation and good working relationships.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Analytical – Able to organize and analyze large data sets using various analytical tools (e.g. SAS Enterprise Guide, Tableau, Minitab, and Excel-VBA programming). Familiar with various statistical tools (e.g. control chart, trend analysis) to draw insights and conclusions from data. knowledge of fraud systems and NAE databases is considered and asset
  • Problem Solving – Able to understand business reporting needs, translate into requirement and develop and implement appropriate recommendations  
  • Task Achievement –  Must be able to plan, prioritize and organize work based on available resources/constraints.
  • Interpersonal Relations – You will have excellent communication skills and are able to translate technical details using good examples or illustrations to explain to others. You will have knowledge of various techniques to convince others and build support for recommendations.

  • You can demonstrate experience in using data visualization tools and programming languages. Familiarity with Tableau Desktop, SAS Enterprise Guide would be an asset.
