Job Description

We are delighted to share that our FinanceTeam at Verisk Krakow continues to expand, and we're currently looking a new member: a skilled Data Analyst.

We are seeking for a candidate with strong analytical mindset, and experience in building dahsboards using Power BI, and providing valuable insights to that drive informed decision-making throughout the organization.

As a Data Analyst, you will be focused on:

• Developing and maintaining enterprise grade interactive Power BI applications, dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to business users.
• Designing and developing efficient data models in Power BI to support complex data relationships and calculations using DAX to create compelling custom visuals.
• Supporting management of reports and dashboards within the Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their data visualization needs.
• Providing administrative control over Power BI web environment, optimizing all configuration, managing user & group access, and ensuring data security.
• Ensuring that data standards are being appropriately defined within the Customer Data and Revenue workstream.
• Enforcing governance procedures and processes; facilitating governance meetings.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role we believe you need:

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI, including the ability to build complex data models, develop DAX formulas, and create interactive visualizations.
• Familiarity with data management principles and practices, including data cleaning, transformation, and integration.
• Solid understanding of data connections and the ability to establish and maintain connections to various data sources.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective Power BI solutions.
• Previous experience as Master Data expert, managing ERP systems, using Power BI.
• Experience in Customer Data Management (CDM) with focus on Data Governance
