JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of R, RStudio, RConnect, RShiny, Python, Tableau, Hive, Unex, Github, Data Science skills like GBM, XG Boost, Optimisation tools and techniques. .
• Job includes developing and monitoring statistical and data science models, modelling and analytical support for smarter banking and onboarding. This includes all stages of modelling lifecycle like inception of new ways to use data to create digital features, define the scope of model development process, build a detailed knowledge of analytical algorithm, monitor model performance, and retrain or optimise models.   
• Data Analysis and Insights: Analyse large and complex datasets to extract and drive data-informed decision-making. Apply advanced analytics techniques, such as machine learning, predictive modelling, and data mining, to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities. Present findings visually to provide meaningful insights.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders across different departments, such as finance, operations, and IT, to understand their data intelligence needs and provide relevant insights and solutions.
• Technology and Tools: Evaluate, implement, and manage data intelligence technologies and tools, including data visualization software, data analytics platforms, and data management systems. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the data intelligence field to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Responsible for developing new data sources, testing model enhancements, and fine-tuning model parameters to improve upon existing methodologies.
• Ensure that the models are well developed, tested, trained, and implemented.
• Ensure that the integrity and dependability of data for analytical purposes are processed, cleansed and verified.
• ⁠Good to have Retail Banking experience

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

• 7+ years of industry experience in the Analytics, AI/ML.
• Hands on Analytics/AI experience in delivering Analytics projects/products (financial services domain preferred) involving large and complex data sets.
• Learning and Team player attitude is a must.
• Experience in sourcing, analysing, processing, creating data models using algorithmic, data mining, AI/ ML/DL and statistical tools such as Python, R, SQL/Hive, Hadoop, Spark and related tools.
• Exposure to various database interrogation and analysis tools and techniques
