Job Description


Job Summary

Provider Network Business Systems Administrator will work to help businesses improve efficiencies by using computer systems. It involves programming, networking, database management i.e. Salesforce, Conga Contract Lifecycle Management, Virsys 12 or other provider network administration applications as applicable.

This role will require a comprehensive knowledge of computer information systems along with the skills necessary for effective decision making in a business environment that is diverse and highly competitive. The Provider Network Business Systems Administrator must have a broad understanding of provider network contracting and credentialing workflows and a sound foundation in computer fundamentals and programming, systems analysis and design, networking, database design and implementation, project management, and analytics.

Troubleshoot software problems specific to provider network administration applications.  Provide training to provider network administration application Support Teams. Escalates problems, questions or concerns to other network or system support personnel when the problem is not easily identified and corrected.

 

Job Duties

  • Provides support for any provider network administration application software or network problems that should arise within the Salesforce environment.
  • Works with Molina IT Salesforce Team as appropriate to determine and resolve problems received from Provider Network User Community.
  • Configure software settings, directories, and storage in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
  • Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with provider network administration software application.
  • Performs daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all key processes, reviewing system and application logs.
  • Performs daily operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are available to the Provider Network User Community.
  • Applies OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrades administrative tools and utilities. Configures /adds new services as necessary.

 

Job Qualifications

Required Education:

Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience

Required Experience: 

4-6 years experience

Salesforce Certification
