Your new team.

Ramboll Tech is our internal business that accelerates work with innovation and digital transformation projects, and controls all AI initiatives within the company. This includes collaboration with our markets around their AI projects, work on larger change processes in the group, and the development of our own AI products for Ramboll and our clients. Our team consists of over 50 employees from Denmark, Germany, the USA, and India. In Germany, we currently have around 15 employees.

Your role and responsibilities.

• As our in-house specialist you will drive forward Ramboll's data and AI strategy, working with relevant departments (our markets) to create ideas and solutions for successful digital transformations that embrace AI and demonstrate how they can create added value for our clients.
• From the innovative ideas of our colleagues, you will develop solid business models for AI and data products.
• Together with our subject matter experts and developers, you will work out product strategies for existing products.
• Within Ramboll, you'll collaborate with various stakeholders and be their contact person for questions around Ramboll's AI strategy.
• Project management, including stakeholder management and budget planning, will also be part of your role.
• You will work with experienced, motivated, and high performing colleagues and assist them through the strategy process with organizational and subject matter skills.

About You

• Significant and measurable experience in strategy development and implementation.
• You are well-versed in AI and data strategies and/or have experience leading software projects.
• You have experience in the fields of environment, energy, construction, or consulting, and can quickly familiarize yourself with new complex topics.
• You can confidently moderate small and large virtual and hybrid workshops.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are empathetic and maintain composure in dealing with many stakeholders and diverse expectations presented to you.
• You enjoy teamwork and support colleagues in learning from you.
• Ideally, you have experience and enjoy leading interdisciplinary teams.
• You have excellent command of English.
