What you`ll do: 
We are looking for an AI Developer to help us develop most innovative products in the area of Artificial Intelligence in the domain of process management and process mining. As an AI Developer you will work on concepts, doing research in new topics and develop productive code on SAP product standards.
All AI services we develop will support the entire Signavio product suite and collaborating with members of several teams across the organization will be part of your daily work. 
Building our AI services we integrate one of the most modern and cutting edge LLM / LMM engines in the market to make recommendations which action to take to improve a running process and even to provide recommendations how to improve existing process models. But our AI services will go far beyond and cover the whole AI spectrum.

What you'll bring: 
You should bring in hands-on working style and passion for agile cloud development projects. Entrepreneurial drive, the ability to “think out of the box” and thinking end-2-end will help you to achieve stretch goals in an super innovative and fast paced product environment.
 
·    Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science, AI, data science, mathematics or a comparable field
·    8+ years of software development experience
·    Full stack development experience
·    Proven in-depth knowledge on software engineering, test driven development, backend and frontend systems
·    Proficiency in AI, including machine learning, neural networks, Large Language, Multi-Modality and Generative AI Models - Multiagent Systems, AI planner is a plus
·    Solid understanding of LLM prompt- and retrieval-augmented generation techniques, algorithms and approaches
·    Knowledge on SAP product development standards, security and GDPR topics are a plus
·    Very good Python, Java, Javascript
·    Expert in cloud app / service development
·    SAP Cloud Platform Programming skills are a plus
·    Fluent in spoken & written English and German
·    True team player with the ability to convince, influence & lead
·    Enthusiastic, proactive, likes to take initiative & work in a challenging environment
