We're seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead the development and enhancement of our Customer Data Platform. This role focuses on Persona and Customer Insights and is critical to conceptualizing and implementing new elements within our data platforms. These elements include developing personas and audiences, deriving insights from spending behaviors, and analyzing customer events and clickstream data.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify trends, leveraging historical data and current patterns.
• Utilize advanced statistical techniques for generating new customer insights, which can then be used for user segmentation, audience creation, and insights generation. 
• Create and maintain DBT Models  and dashboards, drive adoption and decision-making process.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams working well both independently and as part of a team.
• Enhance Data Quality, Data observability as a part of Customer Data Platform (CDP) Analytics framework.

About You

• You possess 3-5 years of experience in a data analyst role, ideally within the Financial Technologies/services, e-commerce or marketing agency sectors.
• A strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, or actuarial science, with the proven ability to tackle problems using both established methods and innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL is a essential, along with expertise in at least one of the following: Python, R, or other analytics/data mining packages.
• Familiarity with big data technologies, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Weka, Sisense) will be considered an advantage.
• Experience in project management and a proven track record of successful team leadership are highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• Strong communication skills, capable of presenting findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner.

Skills: Data warehouse (Snowflake or similar), DBT, EDA, BI Tools, Big data. 

Good to have: Cloud (AWS, or other), Apache Spark, Relational DB (Postgres), No SQL, Data Quality tools and approaches.
