Business Intelligence Senior Specialist

• Qlik Sense / React JS – 8+ years working with  Qlik Sense / React JS  creating visualizations, building dashboards, and prototypes meeting the needs of users • Solid requirements gathering, design, coding, testing and debugging skills • Experience with Power BI / Qlik Sense Server setup, configuration and administration • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills • Experience with Power BI / Qlik scripting and reporting • Ability to optimize data loads and applications for efficient performance • Other desirable qualifications: o Data Warehouse and Data Modeling experience  -> Power Bi /Qlik certifications preferred • Understanding of database technologies, Master Data Management, Big Data, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, and Analytics Platforms will add value • Should have proven experience in SDLC in multiple development projects • Use of analytics in IT outsourcing services area (e.g. in BPO, application management, infrastructure management etc.) is highly desirable. Especially application of analytics in service desk / help desk / contact centers would be an added advantage. • Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) process framework is needed. ITIL Foundation certificate is desirable. • Should have worked in a managed services provider organization, be exposed to global delivery model and operate in teams working across time zones. • Good interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate in a diverse team

• Good communication (written & oral) & presentation skills, business analysis and problem-solving skills, self-initiated, quick learner; should be able to handle stakeholders at senior levels & influence decisions.

 

 

8+ years overall experience preferably in Software Development Lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies 

Minimum 3 years’ experience on Analytics Visualization tools like Qlik Sense, React JS etc.

A background in automating and orchestrating the management of a virtual data center environment. Certification/Education Preferences

Minimum 3 years’ experience and strong knowledge of Azure Data Services such as Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, Azure Data Lake Storage, Blob Storage, Azure Data Factory   Strong knowledge of Big Data and Analytics, including Apache Spark, Delta Lake Good understanding of data integration and warehousing (ETL, ELT) processes Strong knowledge of Database concepts, SQL and experience in working with Database clients like, TOAD, SQL developer, SQL Server Management Studio Good knowledge of NoSQL/ Document DB. Good understanding of Enterprise Information Model and Enterprise Data Warehouse Proficient in analyzing business requirements and mapping them to technical requirements Data Analysis and Interpretation, and Data Issue Debugging Skills Good knowledge of DevOps tools and processes as it applies to Data Engineering
