Master Data Management Agent - French

Job Description

As a Master Data Management Agent, you will be responsible to maintain data history for audit purposes, you will receive/handle requests upon resolution, in a timely manner, being part of the Business Process Management team of AtkinsRéalis’s Finance Shared Services based in Bucharest. 

Responsibilities

• Overall maintenance of Vendor, Customer, and Banking details, adhering to data governance policies and ensuring high quality of data.
• Investigate and resolve queries, regarding vendor, customer, and banking details matters, either by phone or email.
• Answer/initiate calls and emails, document and record all incidents /requests raised using a ticketing system.
• Build strong relationships with SNC-Lavalin's internal and external customers.
• Share knowledge by contributing to the creation/update of team procedures and documentation.

Requirements

• Good level of French & English
• Excellent communication skills and customer service oriented
• Experience in the customer service or finance field
• Attention to detail and thoroughness
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong deep analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to efficiently manage time, set priorities, and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of Oracle or another ERP system is a plus
• University Degree (studies in Economics is a plus) or relevant work experience
• Proficiency in English & Romanian
• Candidate based in Romania
