Marketing Data Analyst

As an Events Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Project management experience to develop and manage plans with precision, keeping deliverables on track and stakeholders engaged:

  • competitive analysis
  • create and monitor rules & landing page & promotion
  • monitor daily participants' data
  • manage promotion plan daily & weekly & monthly
  • summarise data - weekly & monthly
  • communicate the landing page user experience with relevant teams

Assist with the development of targeted marketing campaigns based on clients' profiles:

  • performance tracking and data collection
  • webinar leads follow-up from sales
  • generate feedback from sales for all events
  • analyse campaign performances and marketing activities

Data analysis and prepare reports:

  • monthly data request/analyse
  • monthly report/EDM/social media (events related)

Ability to assist and create company materials.

  • company presentations.
  • flyers/banners/backdrops
  • video creation and updating

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in data analysis and insights.
  • Ideally, a background in Finance.
  • Understanding of data analysis tools and marketing principles.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and scrutinize data.
  • Ability to interpret data and inform business decisions.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills with the ability to undertake pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
