Job Description

We are currently looking for a Junior BI Developer (m/f/x) in Kazakhstan (remote work) to provide the Autodoc business with data-driven decision-making tools to optimize our global value chain.

BI Developer builds and supports enterprise-level data solutions. You will work at various stages of the BI process. Workflow includes gathering and analyzing data, designing and developing data models, creating reports and dashboards. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various systems.

As part of the team, you will work towards bridging the gap between business processes and business intelligence. Help the business track KPIs, identify areas of improvement, and assist in root-cause analysis of the problems.

Responsibilities:

•  Build and maintain dashboards and reports to interact with business users. Help business owners make more informed decisions and enhance the global value.     
• Diagnose, improve and maintain the current eco-system. Fix and enhance existing reports & dashboards.
• Identify data sources based on internal customer requests. Design BI tools to help business end-users make data-driven business decisions.
• Extract large data volumes from multiple decentralized systems. Use complex optimized SQL queries.
• Build user friendly, interactive reports and dashboards.
• Provide support to existing BI dashboards and reports. Take proactive actions to make the framework agile and robust.     
   

Requirements:

•  At least one year of experience in data analysis, reporting or related field        
• Knowledge of SQL. Exposure to other analytics platforms like Power BI, Metabase etc.
• Ability to identify and work within a multitude of data sources. Ability to structure data validation to ensure data integrity and consistency
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work with internal customers and communicate business requirements
• Strong attention to details and visualization
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies and business needs
• MySQL database/ ClickHouse, Python, Git/GitLab
• Understanding of ETL, AirFlow, DWH
• English and Russian: Upper Intermediate
