BI Analyst

Redaptive is looking for a self-motivated, passionate, and collaborative Senior Analyst to work closely with our growing team based in the US & India. The role will involve collaborating with multiple teams such as Finance, Marketing, Sales, Vendor management and Technology etc. to implement and deliver BI solutions. You would be responsible for assimilating information from multiple large datasets to produce visuals and insights that can be understood and consumed easily. We are looking for someone who is thrives in an ambiguous, fast paced environment, can use great judgement to make decisions and display empathy and resilience.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize batch ETL Jobs on day today basis to support the
• organizational data and analytics need using Tableau prep, SQL, and python.
• Utilize excellent problem-solving skills to create complex, accurate, and high impact.
• reports and dashboards in Tableau for all stakeholders that would help in strategic decision making.
• Automate the recurring reports using tableau, python, or SQL to eventually save time on recurring tasks.
• Own Full life cycle of development of Tableau dashboards from design and development to test and publication.
• Create functional and technical documentation of the end-to-end data projects including backend and frontend aspects.
• Develop and utilize advanced Tableau features such as parameter controls, calculated.
• fields, level of detail (LOD) expressions, and set actions to enhance the user.

Job Requirements

• Experience in Tableau to create dashboards and publish them on tableau online.
• Experience in maintaining Tableau dashboards on Tableau Online
• Ability to use Tableau prep, SQL and python for data wrangling and report automation.
• Ability to work with multiple competing priorities.
• Publish dashboards, refresh extracts, manage subscriptions etc.
• Ability to gather requirements by interacting with multiple stakeholders across the organization.

Education and Experience

• 1 - 3 years of experience of extracting/analyzing data using SQL on an RDBMS, tableau prep or equivalent tool in tableau for sharing insights and self-serve reporting
• Strong skills in manipulating data using SQL, tableau, and tableau prep.
• Experience in creating dashboards from scratch using tableau.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data analytics or equivalent field
• Experience in data manipulation and ETL process using tableau prep, SQL, python or any equivalent ETL tool.
