Scrum Master - Reporting and Data Teams

We encourage you to be your authentic self - we like you that way. We’re looking for a Scrum Master to coach the reporting and data teams on Scum principles and help them deliver results.  Guide teams through the Agile process, foster cross-team collaboration and ensure product delivery.  Keep teams on track by removing obstacles and distractions that may impede the team from meeting their sprint goals and look for opportunities to enhance existing processes. You will:·       Collaborate with engineering team to ensure adherence to Agile framework values and practices.·       Support team performance through coaching, identifying strengths, and areas for improvement.·       Enhance and refine existing team processes for efficiency and effectiveness.·       Lead various events including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.·       Proactively address impediments, conflicts, and issues to maintain smooth product delivery.·       Effectively communicate progress, dependencies, and impediments to stakeholders.·       Clearly convey business priorities, deadlines, and risks to the development team.·       Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objective, product management requirements, and engineering deliverable. ·       Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic and outcome oriented. You bring:·       3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master on technology teams.·       Knowledge of reporting, data warehousing, and BI tools.·       Experience applying Agile frameworks and practices.·       Experience with Shortcut, Jira, or similar tool.·       Ability to manage and mentor development teams effectively.·       Exceptional interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving skills.·       Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.·       Proven ability to balance multiple, concurrent/parallel activities.·       Bachelor’s degree in technology, business or related or equivalent related work experience.  Extra credit:·       Experience in health insurance or related industry.·       Familiarity with Tableau·       Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data warehouse concepts·       SSM, CSM, CSPO, IPC-ACC certification Competitive pay is standard.
