Job Description:Responsible for auditor support with data analytics / analytics tools for audit preparation and execution.Primary responsibilities:

Understanding and analyzing data of business process areas (e.g. accounting, finance, logistics, purchasing, sales etc.). Mainly Sales or Sales related functions.

Preparation of dashboards via Power Bi, Power-pivot, process automations.

Data analytics for dedicated process / business area (e.g. end-2-end processes – sales, accounting, logistics etc.)

Execution and development of respective data analytics, incl. scoping of topic and introduction of new analytic solutions (e.g. via SQL, Python)

Support of headquarter-team for use-cases with advanced data analytics and AI (e.g. supervised / unsupervised learning, text-mining)

Skills & Required competencies:High IT affinity paired with knowledge of business areas or end-2-end processes (e.g. accounting, finance, logistics, purchasing, sales etc.)

Experience in respective IT-systems (e.g. SAP) or data analytics tools / technology (e.g. Python, Power Bi, SQL, web-forms, data-lake)

Knowledge / Experience in analytics methods as a plus e.g. data analytic methods (rule-based analytics, machine learning) & coding

data management (SQL database)

automation methods (text-mining, chatbots etc.)

data visualization

Looking for Data Analyst with:

Good analytical skills, paired with curiosity and a sense / feeling for “big data”.

Good at SAP (R3, S4 HANA) including table level understanding and extraction, analysis.

Strong knowledge on sales or sales related functions (e.g. production planning) as business process area.

Independent and solution-oriented working style

Team-player with cooperative attitude, empathy and ability to work successfully in diverse teams.

Ability to present analytics for different target audiences.

Fluent in English, further languages a plus.

Audit knowledge and experience a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g. computer science) with business administration or comparable degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.

Additional Information

3-4 years of experience at SAP (R3, S4 HANA) including table level understanding and extraction, analysis. Strong knowledge on sales or sales related functions as business process area.
