Role description: Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible in creating and maintaining Operational and Financial Dashboards and Analysis using different BI Tools and will provide the top management and business directors with relevant, accurate and timely reports regarding business position and operations that can be used for budgeting, forecasting, managing risks, and making strategic decisions.

Role accountabilities:

• Support Arcadis Hosting team in implementing ITIL practices primarily through data management, vendor coordination and reporting.
• Creates dashboard for reporting purposes using different BI Tools such as Power BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Sharepoint and Smartsheet.
• Effectively gather requirements and communicate to stakeholders on Dashboard contents and development. 
• Process ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) data from various sources that are used for specific reporting. 
• Responsible for the detailed consultation and implementation of the required data analytics solution 
• Collaborate with vendors and colleagues to gather necessary data and provide further support to meet business needs 
• Serve as a technical liaison effectively working with data and configuration of different tools or applications to meet specific internal client objectives. 
• Carries out report development necessary for business operations analysis. 
• Works to create documentation of reports and dashboards in accordance with company standards. 
• Develop and maintain a detailed Project Plan to monitor and track progress based on project scope and project schedules 
• Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time. 

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience  in Data Analytics & Reporting including Data Modelling and Data Visualization
• Experience in finance and cost management is required (with 3 yrs in Financial/Accounting)
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and Business Intelligence Tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Sharepoint, Oracle Analytics Cloud etc 
• Ability to communicate his/her analysis with clarity and precision. An ideal candidate would have a strong grasp of both technical and business perspectives, including project management. 
• Experience of task and project management is preferred 
• Excellent spoken and written English 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Can work under pressure and minimal supervision, detail-oriented and results driven 
• Ability to prioritize effectively 
• Excellent client management skills 
• Proactive, a committed team player and can motivate other team members
