Head of Data & AI Strategy

In this job, you will:

- work with FBGs strategic partners to capture opportunities in data & AI

- lead our R&D investment strategy

- collaborate with other Fanatics business to define FBG's data & AI strategy

- advise senior leadership on opportunities in data & AI, connecting to their domains with actionable plans 

- influence FBGs data & product roadmaps, integrating advanced modeling & AI into experiences where appropriate

- keep abreast of relevant advances in sports AI, connecting back to Fanatics strategy

 

The right person for this role:

- is comfortable working with urgency now while simultaneously focusing on the long-term view

- enjoys making a wide variety of connections, building relationships, and influencing without authority

- draws inspiration from global AI progress and distills it into strategy

- has hands on experience with analytics & advanced modeling, leadership in b2c customer products, and track record of delivering on big ideas 

- has demonstrated ability to influence senior company leadership & build new bridges
