The Role

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead our internal Work Dynamics Technology innovation team dedicated to developing a groundbreaking data analytics product. This role is not just about managing a product; it’s about pioneering a tool that transforms how our clients and employees interact with CRE data. If you are passionate about leveraging AI to solve complex problems and have a knack for turning ambitious ideas into reality, we want you on the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Define product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and market opportunities.
  • Product Development: Lead the end-to-end development and launch of a new generative AI-powered data analytics product, from ideation through to execution.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver a product that exceeds user expectations.
  • Market Analysis: Understand and anticipate customer needs, conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
  • Voice of Customer: Champion the voice of the user, integrating user feedback and usability findings into product requirements to ensure the product meets and exceeds customer expectations.
  • Culture: Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging the team to think big and take calculated risks.
  • Product Performance Analysis: Measure and analyze product performance, using data to inform future product decisions and strategies.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of trends and developments in AI, data analytics, CRE and related fields to continually innovate and improve the product.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing complex, technology-driven products.
  • Proven track record of developing and launching successful products, ideally with experience in AI, data products, data analytics, or SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and their application in solving business problems.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and drive high-performing teams.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • A passion for innovation and a relentless drive to create best-in-class products that solve real-world problems.

Estimated compensation for this position is:

150,000.00 – 300,000.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
