Location: Cincinnati Office (Hybrid)
Hybrid Schedule: 2-3 days in office
Job Summary
Step into a culture where data is embraced as an asset and everyone, from top executives to frontline team members, understands its importance in achieving strategic objectives. As a Data and Analytics Intern, your responsibilities will encompass analysis, build, data quality, solution accuracy and compliance throughout the data and analytics enviornments.
What You’ll Do
- Identify objects in the data warehouse that do not follow DnA standards and create plan to remediate. Review plan with leadership. Time permitting, begin remediation.
- Create and/or update Playbooks & Runbooks
- Runbook for each DAG will require SQL and Python skills.
- Enhance our GitHub repositories using our standards.
- Create a SQL style guide.
- Create Confluence technical documentation pages.
- Create data flow diagrams using Lucid charts.
- Create ERD diagrams for DnA solutions.
What We Need
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Business Technology, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SQL. Python is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Prior experience with data analysis tools or platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

- Ability to learn quickly and pick up new skills/concepts.
