What is this position about?  

You will be working with a diverse team composed of talented Engineers immersed in the area of private investment banking. 

For the role as a Data Engineer, we are looking for someone with experience in Python and cloud technologies (such as AWS). You’ll be expected to deploy and maintain infrastructure with Terraform, collaborate on application integration into the Datawarehouse, support IAM tool integrations and perform data mapping activities.  

You may work 100% remotely if you are currently living in LATAM, or you can always join us at the office! 

Job Description

• Deploy, optimize, and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles with Terraform. 

• Collaborate with application teams to integrate internally hosted and SaaS/homegrown applications into Datawarehouse. 

• Support various platform integrations with Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools (IGA solutions, ServiceNow, and Okta). 

• Perform high-level data mapping and management activities to integrate application user access data and access frameworks. 

• Develop and maintain Terraform Enterprise (TFE) projects, AWS resources, and modules in the codebase. 

Qualifications

• Studies in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent. 

• Advanced experience in Python development, including debugging, testing, and best practices in source code management. 

• Proficiency in Terraform, including module construction, managing dependencies, and AWS provider resources. 

• Experience with AWS services such as serverless concepts (Lambda, ECS, Docker), event-driven systems (SNS, SQS, DynamoDB), API development (ALB, API gateways), and database administration (Aurora RDS, DynamoDB). 

• Ability to resolve challenging issues both independently and within a team setting. 

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, enabling effective collaboration in group environments 

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): 

• Knowledge of Access Management (Authorization) principles like PBAC, RBAC, or ABAC. 

• Flexibility to work in designated shift hours for global communication. 

• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform. 

What about languages? 

You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team. 

How much experience must I have? 

In order to thrive in this role, you must have at least 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
