Python Developer

Job brief

We are looking for a Python Developer with experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. You will be part of a talented software team that works on mission-critical applications. You will be responsible for Python Web Application development while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing.

Technical Skills:

• A full stack software developer who can work in all phases of a web application development.
• Must have 7+ yrs. of experience in developing & testing applications using technologies Python, Django, Flask, Pandas, Numpy Library, Python scripting, RESTful Web Services and APIs
• HTML, CSS, AJAX and JavaScript
• Must have 3+ yrs. of experience in AWS, Database Design and Optimization PostgreSQL & Oracle, UNIX Shell Scripting
• Create Functional, Technical & Testing documentation.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues reported by QA and Customers and help product support
• Work in Agile Teams using Agile Software Development Methodology
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or a related subject.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Unit-test code, usability, reliability and performance testing of code/app.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines
• Prepare and produce releases of software components.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
