Clarivate Analytics is looking for a curious, creative, team worker and detail-oriented individual for the role of a Lead. Analyst. In this role, you will work with a team of data scientists to mine and make sense of three large, distinct datasets that focus on three different aspects of the US healthcare market: hospital purchasing, hospital claims and EHR (electronic health records). About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  

  • Atleast 5 years of experience working on SQL, Python

  • Expertise working on Healthcare or Lifesciences domain projects such as KPI reporting, sales analytics, marketing analytics, patient analytics, payer analytics, brand management and provider analytics

  • Expertise working on Real World Datasets and Real-World Evidence

  • Expertise in understanding data variables and connecting the dots in various datasets

  • Expertise in handling and manipulating large data sets

  • Expertise in statistical modelling (forecasting, clustering, market mix modelling, etc.) and analysing outputs generated from different methodologies

  • Knowledge or experience in working with medical device transactional data would be an asset

  • Strong statistical knowledge with master’s degree in economics or statistics

  • Expertise in any one (or more) of the data processing tools/languages such as – R/Python/SAS/SQL

  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus

It would be great if you also had . . .  

  • Understanding of Market Access and Payer landscape in the US

  • Exposure to medical device market – understanding transactional level data

  • Experience managing projects focused on patients using Patient level data (APLD)

  • Experience working with data from IMS including formulary, SHA or any other data vendor

What will you be doing in this role? 

  • Effectively build, mine, and manage multiple datasets, which will be required for market modelling and analysis

  • Effectively manage incoming data, process and analyzing the data

  • Evaluate data outputs for market trends and draw insights; correct any potential errors and issues

  • Manage and coordinate with a team of SMEs to ensure the data mapping

  • Research and understand novel device markets, including major competitors, uses, and product segmentation

  • Manage and handle custom requests from key Clarivate clients in the medical device space

  • Present key findings to internal and external stakeholders

  • Should have experience in handling team

   

Hours of Work  

45 hours in a week, working days Monday to Friday, working hours 12PM to 9PM IST, Hybrid working mode.
