Lead Business Intelligence Analyst

Forseven, a revolutionary company looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, is seeking a Lead Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Data team.

The role will be based from our Warwick site 2-3 days per week.

As the Lead Business Intelligence Analyst you will enable the company’s use of business analytics tools to drive insight into performance against corporate goals and objectives. You will achieve this by strategically supporting the Data Architect, designing a governed business intelligence framework, and supporting the development and implementation of dashboards, KPIs, scorecards and other artefacts providing insight into business performance.

We would like you to:

• Develop a de-centralised/matrix framework to enable data exploitation by business users while supporting overall governance throughout the business
• Establish processes for governing the collection of data and provision of analytics to the Forseven business and management team
• Establish processes for highlighting and eliminating data quality issues impacting the accuracy of analytics
• Ensure the success of enterprise-level business analytics for a wide range of applications/lines of business through delivery of both embedded analytics within applications and joined-up cross-organisational analytics through Microsoft Azure & Power BI
• Act as a leader and advocate of business analytics to the Forseven business, including coaching, training, and development of a federated team delivering insight to Forseven business
• Assess and determine governance, stewardship, and frameworks for managing business analytics across the organisation

We would like you to have:

• Solid experience with hands-on delivery of business analytics solutions using a wide range of technologies such as Power BI and Tableau
• Experience working in an agile fashion using DevOps/DataOps to deliver insight
• Hands-on experience implementing Power BI alongside Microsoft Azure
• Hands-On experience delivering analytical solutions based on PLM, CRM and ERP systems
• Experience managing and implementing analytics governance in a data mesh fashion
